Our 30-day return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their items if the items are unused and in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus a 15% restocking fee, which covers the cost of delivery. Restocking fees are normally charged only on returns and exchanges made at the customer’s discretion, not on returns of defective merchandise. Customers should contact us at to start the return process. Once the return is accepted and processed, we will provide instructions for sending their package back.

To be eligible for a return, customers must have an item that is unworn and unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Customers must also provide proof of purchase when submitting a return request. To officially start the return process, customers can contact us @ or submit Return Request form. Damages and issues
Customers must inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not what they ordered. If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
